P.E and working out muscles
Hi all this is the second time I’m off to try P.E.The first time I’ve noticed some welcomed improvement in my girth now I am going for
Both girth and length.I will be following the advices of a fellow member who plainly put claims less is more.I like the idea.My work out is:
3 minutes warming in shower
1 set of 8 30 seconds stretches
2 minutes pause
100-110 jelqs
2 minutes warming out in shower
Kegels
I do this 2 days/1 day break.
Now I am also an ardent gym buff.I go to the gym 5 days a week follow a strict diet and workout no more then 50 minutes,short and intense to promote GH secretion.As I am promoting muscle growth isn’t it the best time to do PE right before I go the gym or would you suggest putting a gap between them.
Lastly,I’ve noticed on my penis a small round thing(I don’t know how to call it,like an irritation only it has the colour of the penis).It is either from an intense blowjob I’ve received the other night or from PE-ing.I am not sure.I think I will take break until it heals.It’s nothing to worry right?
