PE 2 weeks now difficult to get and keep erection

I’ve been PEing for 2 weeks and have noticed that It is difficult to get an erection and keep it for long; 30 sec. Is this normal? I am following the newbie routine with one change to help save time. Instead of stretching I jelq in all directions. Straight up down left and right.. I presume it’s almost the same as stretching and helps with time. I hope this makes sense. I am wondering if I should stop PEing? Have any of you experienced this? Oh and I do rest I go 2 days On one day off. Any advice will help and thanks in advance.

Maintain it with stimulation or without?


Started: 6 BPEL 4.75 MSEG

Now: 7.25 BPEL 5.3 MSEG

I can maintain with stimulation though still more difficult than it use to be.. And with no stimulation it just won’t stay hard

I am kind of new here, but I will give my input for a more experienced member to add on to. If this trouble you are having in maintaining your erection is due to PE, then dependent on the amount of jelqs you are doing, you may be overtraining. If you haven’t yet, click on the link in the top left corner of the newbie forum that says, “START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info” and read up on it. You are taking note of one negative PI, but how are your other PI’s. If your other PI’s are positive, the trouble you are having may not be PE related. I am having the same problem, and I believe it may be mental. I have recently stopped watching porn and am taking a break from masturbation to correct it. I also ordered a few supplements to make it easier to maintain an erection such as l-arginine and omega 3. Post your full routine and someone can better help you.

Too much jelqing, start following the newbie routine as it actually is. Jleqing can destroy your EQ, adding stretching can aid it.

erm not to sound rude, but isn’t it the other way round? Too much stretching can negatively affect EQ, whereas jelqing sensibly (low-moderate volume, low-medium erection %) is actually one of the exercises recommended for boosting EQ? Obviously anything done in excess would be more likely to cause drops in EQ. So to the OP, cut down on volume or take a break for a few days to let your EQ recover.

Impatience, overtraining.

Slow right down and take your time, you have no choice if you want to grow.

If you persist forcing the issue you will kill your EQ entirely and you will make your dick stronger, not longer.

Plastic deformation occurs over a long time under low load, whereas strength come under high load for brief periods.

A strong dick you do not want.

There are guys here who train in PE for years and get NO results and I think its because they overtrain as a newbie and constantly do more to “outrun” the strengthening phase and never succeeding.

This sort of training works beautifully for deadlifting and so on, but not for PE.
