PE and the GYM
I wondering if anyone has noticed a correlation between the kind of gainer they are in the gym and the approach that dictates, and the approach that works for them for PE ?
IE a hardgainer in the gym who needs infrequent intense workouts = hardgainer in PE , or can you hit the gym day after day and keep growing and find the same with PE ?
My instinct is a typical hardgainer needs a high level of stress and long recovery times and PE wouldn’t be much different ?
