PE and the GYM

I wondering if anyone has noticed a correlation between the kind of gainer they are in the gym and the approach that dictates, and the approach that works for them for PE ?

IE a hardgainer in the gym who needs infrequent intense workouts = hardgainer in PE , or can you hit the gym day after day and keep growing and find the same with PE ?

My instinct is a typical hardgainer needs a high level of stress and long recovery times and PE wouldn’t be much different ?

It never ceases to amaze me how people treat the penis as if it were skeletal muscle as opposed to what it really is, i.e. ligs and sponge. I don’t see any similarities between trying to stretch a sponge-wrapped lig compared to building up muscle mass through repeated contractions of said muscle.

Cap, this is not a flame, just an opinion; I see weight lifting and penis stretching as two entirely different things that each require a different approach,
but who knows,….perhaps your instincts are correct. Everyone reacts differently.

For my own part, muscle gains come easy to me. I also have gains through PE but I would never apply the technique of one to use on the other. For example, on my PE, I stick to a set routine that works for me, and I don’t take days off. On my Gym workouts, I’m constantly increasing resistance to the workouts, and I have M-W-F and T-Th-S workouts so that each muscle group gets a day off in between workouts.

That’s cool man, I don’t really like the weight training analogy applied to PE either hence all the question marks !

My thinking was more to do with recover and propensity for growth, I know we’re not talking about the same kind of muscle but there’s still the connective tissue and the vascular aspect.

Just interested in peoples take on it really.

I disagree. Some make significant gains by training like they are in the gym. It doesn’t always work, but I wouldn’t discount it at all. I grow by doing more and pushing the envelope. For some this would spell disaster.

My experience in the gym is that high intensity low frequency works for me and my experience of flexibility training was that low intensity high frequency worked best, I guess the problem with PE is we’re dealing with 2 tissue types that may require to different approaches ?

Agreed.

Remember the penis DOES have smooth muscle in it, that can grow, and there IS such thing as over training in the gym, lots of guys over train.


My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

One thing that I link to PE from my gym routine is to eat protein and sleep after workout
