PE Log

I’m using Thunder’s to log my PE diary. I’ve been a lurker for ever, and done a few half-hearted attempts. Trying to building consistency by keeping a log.

Starting Routine:
5min Warm up
5min Stretch
5min Jelq
50 kegels, quick squeezes.
