I too was skeptical but only a few weeks ago.
There are people posting here with losses in size and poor physiological indicators (negatives). Also there are the hard gainers and those that see very little or no gain whatsoever (neutral). But I agree with you that there are far more positive posters. All I know is that the newbie routine is less strenuous than my pre-PE masturbation and sex routine, so I foresaw no harm.
I now believe that my penis has gotten healthier because of PE, and has achieved some growth. That growth may be just the penis becoming healthier and less over-used. It may be because of actual growing, but I feel like I am getting erections that I haven’t had for years. For me I can see that it already seems like a beneficial exercise, and I will continue doing it.
I can only recommend this site and the newbie routine as a good thing as long as you take into account all the other great information and advice such as the sparkyx PI notes (as an off-the-top-of-my-head example).
