PE questions.
I have been doing the newbie routine for the past 3 weeks and I have been increasing jelq time by 5 minutes per week and stretch time 1 min per week. Is this a good approach to get to the 10 min stretching and 30 min jelq that is talked about in the newbie routine?
Also, am I too erect if clear liquid is coming out of my dick when I jelq? I think I am too hard cause I feel rock hard when I jelq. I am just asking to make sure. Should I jelq with my dick in a “soft” erection or what?
