Hello everyone.

I started the newbie routine back in May. Since late Sept, I have started to hang light weights 2lbs.. then 3lbs now.

Since I have an extremely high sex-drive, I get night woodie no matter how hard I train my penis.

My erection is never a problem.

Should I still take 1 day off a week?

I currently do:

1) vacADS 3-6 hours
2) hang 4-6 sets a day (20 min set @ 3lbs)
3) some jelqing between sets and whenever I go to bathroom

I am just too anxious to see some gains. I feel like I can hang all day.. LOL

You definitely need some kind of rest days imo. Doing a routine every day seems like too much and like it could increase the potential for injury.

I am beginning to wondering if I need more weight for hanging since I don’t fatigue. I am hanging BTC, so the lig stretch feels nice.

Hanging is not my field but Blink2000 mentioned that when you hang you shouldn’t do anything else because hanging itself is already intense enough.Don’t get cocky with “i have a strong dick”.

Anyway i think Blink2000 will give you the answer you are lookin’ for.

I don’t do any manual stretch much anymore (only at the beginning with newbie routine). I have a huge problem with erection when doing manual stretches. This is why I rely on hanging and ADS.. put it on… and let the semi subsides.. and forget.. lol

I don’t hang very heavy though. Only 3lbs. Perhaps I should increase my weight after one month of conditioning.

By the way, on my rest day, can I wear a light cock ring? I basically use vacADS’s blue tube, cut off 1/3 inch strip and use it as a cock ring. The silicon is very stretch so I won’t need to worry about bad circulation.

I notice that when I have the cock ring on, the flaccid seems a bit longer (more stretched out). Is this a good way to “rest”?

No need for rest days when hanging. I haven’t had a rest day for over a month and my EQ is flawless. I’m hanging and jelqing every day and pumping few times a week.

I would advise against wearing a cock ring.

Man, quite a different voice about not having any rest days.

One of the reasons why I need one day off is that my gland is getting a bit sore from using vac cap. It usually heals pretty well for one day.

Use your P.I.s, especially EQ, to determine rest days. What you may find is that as you up the weight, you may require more time for recovery.

Unless you are going for that “riding the fatigue” method of hanging, which probably encourages you to hang right through negative P.I.s.

My PI has been decent. After hanging, I have night woody, wake up with plumbed flaccid.. etc. Perhaps I am not using heavier weights? I am only using 3lbs now for 2 weeks.
