I came across a post in the Penis Enlargement Basics section yesterday (Secret to bigger balls? 4 days already bigger.). The gist of the post is that this guy began adding olive oil and broccoli to his daily vegetable smoothie and found his balls growing bigger. I wondered if anyone else has had similar experiences of increased testicle size, improved EQ or more rapid gains on account of a variation in diet. I’d love to hear anything Ye Olde PE Gods would be willing to share with us with respect to a diet for good PE.

Well, I know watermelon, especially the white outer part is high in L-Citruline, which is good for blood flow and erections. I think Blueberries, and for that matter any dark berries are supposed to be beneficial. Also almonds, although maybe I’d just eat a handful and not put them into the smoothie itself. But definitely watermelon. And there is some sort of yellow watermelon, that is supposed to be straight packed with the Citruline I was talking about. Like, way higher levels than the regular pink watermelon, but I have not tried it.

It’s a watermelon that ain’t often in season. Usually you have to go to a produce department and ask if the store carries it. I plan on trying some when the summer hits, just to have seen the thing. But…good to know it’s packed full of goodness.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about something called Yohimbine too.. Not sure if it’s worth risking, though, as it’s a pharma drug, and I’m not sure if I want to be messing with those this early in my PE career.. Or at any point in it, come to that. I’ve also heard that cayenne and ginger are good for blood flow. I doubt you could put those in a smoothie - or at least, a smoothie that the average person would want to drink - but I’m sure I could work them into my diet, too.

Yeah, forgot about the Yohimbine and cayenne, plus fenugreek seeds too.

And actually I have had both cayenne and ginger in a juice, and it wasn’t too bad, but it was a haeavy veg juice, Between two of is I think it was 3 carrots, 1 parsnip, 2 apple, 2-3 beetroot, ginger, cayenne, spirulina and there might have been a couple of oranges in there too.
I know that wouldn’t be to everyones taste but I will tell you what, it had a hell of a kick to it. If I was makking it again I would reduce a few of the things, add a couple of kiwi and a dash of lime though, maybe even coconut oil, some seeds or something like that.

Yohimbine is a distillate of yohimbe. I think it is the bark from a tree? Not sure, but it can definitely be bought over the counter at any supplement or vitamin store. You can also just get powdered yohimbe in capsule form, and that shit is not as concentrated. Yohimbine will give you super woodies. Might be good for PE, might be a hindrance if you want to stay at sixty percent erect for jelqs. Also, I am not speaking about yohimbe, but the concentrate yohimbine, is like having about ten cups of espresso. So when you first try it, try it early in the day, and take a low dose, otherwise it may keep you up half the night. I learned this the hard way. Seriously, just blenderize or juice up a big glass of watermelon juice a couple hours before hand.
