PEing while maintaining an exercise program

PEing while maintaining an exercise program

Okay, I got back into PE about a month ago, and I stated when I started that I wanted to get into better physical shape while also PEing. I kinda slacked on the exercising for the first couple weeks, but I started picking it up in the last couple. I’ve also found that I don’t really have the drive or energy to PE after working all day then exercising. Anyone else go through something similar and have suggestions? Should I focus on exercise alone for a couple months? I don’t know what it is, but I haven’t really had sex drive at all the last couple weeks either.

Questions/comments/suggestions/etc?

Edit: Just thought I would add some more info in: I’ve been eating better too (Probably ~1000 calories less per day, and healthier), which combined with the exercising has probably been causing less energy. Also, I’ve been limiting my porn/masturbating, is it possible that I’ve limited it too much and that’s caused that lack of a sex drive?

I hadn’t even thought about it, but yes, now that you mention it, it is hilarious.

The username was randomly acquired many years ago at a gaming site. I liked it so it stuck.

1500 calories a day is not enough if you are working out every day.
Up your caloric intake by 500 calories, keep your diet clean, sleep 8/9 hours a night, and tone down a bit on your coffee intake(if you are taking any that is)
It will give you more energy and spirit.

(Oh,and try and eat oatmeal in the morning)

Current size: 19.5cm by 12.5 cm

Short term goal: 21cm by 14cm

Long term goal: 23cm by 16 cm

I Too am starting an exercise and PE routine,

so far i just do my exercises/workout, and do the PE routine in the shower afterwards, do a few kegels, before having a 7-8 hour nap…

i try to think of not masterbating/watching porn as a way of gaining sex drive, seems to work for me..

I was up around 3000 calories a day, which is why I was gaining weight. I’m down around 2000 now, and much cleaner than it was before. I’ve cut out coffee completely and limit my soda to maybe a couple a week. Since doing that is when I’ve seemed to have the lack of a sex drive/drive to PE/energy. I get around 6-7 hours of sleep a night, maybe 9-10 on the weekend. Maybe the soda and extra calories was providing the energy I needed to make up for not getting enough sleep.

You need to up your sleep to 7-8 hours a night. Some people need less, some people need more-but sounds like you’re like most people who most likely need eight hours.

I’m not sure if you know this about sleeping but when you don’t get enough sleep you build up a deficit of hours of REM sleep that your body requires. Not sleeping enough during the week will take a toll on your body, day by day; but luckily your body naturally resets this every two weeks or so (which may be why sometimes you wake up feeling fresh even though you’ve been sleep deprived).

Also, if you’re trying to drop weight you should probably pass on the coca cola. It has enough sugar (10 teaspoons) that if it weren’t for a certain chemical in it your body would throw it back up due to the amount of sugar. Just learn to drink water and treat yourself every once in awhile with a soft drink. By the way people who drink zero calorie soft drinks tend to be obese compared to the people who drink regular soft drinks.

Also, the 2000 calorie per day diet is for the average person. This includes men and women of all different sizes. A muscular man is going to need a lot more calories than a small woman. Not sure how big you are but if you start to get dizzy be wary.

And the lack of sex drive could be due to you having to adjust to not having the caffeine.I have no clue if that could be a factor, but I think you just need to adjust to not having it and things will improve.
