Penis bigger during jelq

Does your penis get bigger during jelqing? I’ve honestly never seen my penis bigger than it was today when I jelqed, it was still soft and about 50% erect (maybe less or more, I’m kind of a noob when it comes to penis knowledge).

I jelq at high erection levels, I would say around %90 erect is good. The positive indicator I get is during a jelq I can see my penis getting bigger due to the blood and I can feel it getting harder due to the blood. At lower erection levels I don’t see this. Another positive indicator I get is that after a PE workout that not only do I have a temporary size increase erect, but my flaccid penis looks fat and does not really turtle up. At lower erection levels I only see the temporary erect size increase, but with a turtled penis. After hours or days, good erection quality will happen and gains will follow.
