Extenders work very well but you have to do a lot of hour.
I’ve gained 1/2 inch in 75 days with 65O hour.

I’ve been wearing one for the last month or so. I’ve seen modest length gains.
Current: 6 3/8" BPEL, 5 1/4" NBPEL, 6 7/8" FSL, 4 7/8" MSEG

How many hour? I’m wearing the extender for 9 hour a day.
