Penis gets small

So I’m loving adding PE into my life.. But what I do trip on is, why is it after every session my dick shrinks? Is there anything I can do to prevent this affect from happening?? It’s like, I hit the gym, do cardio & my dick shrinks.. WTF?? Can anyone please explain whats going on?

Shrinking after PE is one thing and shrinking after a gym workout is another.

Shrinking after PE is a sign you are going overboard and your penis shrinks as if to say enough already I am going to hide now to get away from the abuse. The solution is to ease up on the force you use, or the time. I like to say that PE is not a game of force, it is a game of finesse.

Shrinking after a gym workout is totally normal because your body redirects blood to where it is needed most, namely your muscles.

gprent may be right that you are overworking it, so maybe ease back a little.

I use an ace bandage to wrap so it stays lengthy after working out. This prevents it from turtling while it recovers. I usually wear it for 2-3 hours after my workout.
