Penis seems loose
I’ve been doing the beginner routine from PE gym for about three weeks. It involves a lot of rotary stretches (I think that’s what they’re called.where you stretch and pull into a circle), some kegeling, and jelqing. Since I’ve started, I’ve noticed a better flaccid hang and the occasional improvement in EQ but I notice that my penis seems kind of loose in a way. It kind of has the ability to shift from left and right a little bit. Is this a bad sign or is it normal for this to occur a the ligaments loosen up?
