Phallosan Forte query for Ligament gains

I recently received my phallosan. I am currently trying to get ligaments gains, I do hanging every day and manual stretching.

I’m thinking the standard way in which the phallosan is worn, doesn’t really stretch the ligaments as it’s too upright?

I have a leg strap which I can connect to the phallosan instead of the standard strap, is it a good idea to use the leg strap instead to maximise my ligament gains? Or has someone tried it and it’s an inconvenience compared to the standard waist strap?
