Bad things. I have been using VacExtender and had some gains first (did about 3-4 months newbie before extender). Now I think I have hit plateau and even lost .1 inch in lenght.

My routine is basically just extender 4-7 hours a day. Sometimes I do light hanging and jelqin but I cant do much jelgin because I can´t sustain erection ( I have to stimulate it back all the time, so 10 minutes jelq comes easily 30 min session).

Any tips? Should I stay using extender and try to make stronger strech if possible. I sterch now so strong that sometimes its really painfull and glans is burning and bad bruises. I just think that if I dont strech harder and harder my unit can´t grow. It can´t grow if I always strech same lenght.

Feeling bad, but I continue PE thats for sure :D

You have almost gained an inch.. good job!

If if you are feeling the pain, this means that you need to back off a bit.. take a couple weeks off and resume. In my view, extender are meant to be worn everyday for at least 3-4 hours a day. You shouldn’t feel painful.

I made the same mistake when I stretched out too much with my vacADS.

Take a break. You may notice your erection would come back even stronger with proper rest.

During resting, just do some light jelqing to maintain.

Is your inability to sustain an erection something new, or an on-going problem? If its new, I’d say it’s definitely a negative PI, and you need to take a break.

My concern with vac extenders or hangers is that they put a lot of force on the tip of the glans. I think they are great for an ADS but after you have done either manual stretching or traditional hanging.

I made gains with regular manual stretching. Then I jumped into vac hanging. All it did was irritate my glans and I think my stretched length got a little less. If you are pulling from glans skin you are going to deform that long before you will deform ligaments or tunica. Now what I do is I use the vac cap for 20 minutes of aided manual stretching followed by a few hours of light vac ADS tension. You could tape your glans and I have tried that with the all the recommended tapes and it still just irritated my glans when I pulled it off.

I also struggled with vacADS when I wore too long and when the stretch force was too much.

My glans became very sore (to even a slight touch). Part of the problem is that I didn’t’ secure my glans in proper position in the cap.

Do you get bruises at the tip of your glans? I find that with higher force, the shaft (about an inch below glans) becomes very sensitive and sore from blood constriction.

I think if you just stop wearing the vac system completely for a couple weeks, let your glans heal, your glans should recovery stronger than before. Until then, you can slowly increase usage time.

Ok, thanks fellas. I will take a brake, at least for my glans to recover completely. I ma do gegals and some light jelqing witch doesnt hurt glans.

Do you mean that with vacextender you develop skin before it affects tunica and ligaments. I feel pretty strong strech at ligaments with vacEx.
