I’ve actually gained .3 inches, so I guess I’m doing something right, but even basic stretching seems somewhat painful, because when I pull, I tend to pull my skin along with my penis. Actually, it almost feels like I’m pulling my skin, more than I’m pulling my penis and the bc muscles around it.

For instance, I’m circumcised, so when I’m flaccid and I stretch my skin stretches, almost “turtling” my penis. Did that make any sense? I’ve been searching the forums, but I can’t seem to find any other discussion about this particular situation, which I find a bit odd. Any thoughts or suggestions?

When you grip to do your stretches, how are you doing that specifically?

When you grip are you gripping around the glan or on the shaft of the penis? If you grip the glan then take the other hand and pull back the skin toward the base of the penis. This will make you pull on the penis shaft not the skin of the penis.

Depending on what direction I’m stretching, ok and reverse ok grip. Also, I usually grip on the shaft, because when I grip on the glans, well.. It kinda hurts the sensitive part (my peehole, I guess). I’ve known about the method Dustpan’s saying, but once again, I feel extremely uncomfortable gripping around my glans. My glans just don’t feel big enough, I can’t really get a solid grip.

Are you using any grip aids, such as a square of toilette paper, latex gloves or talc? I personally use talc (baby powder) and find it to be very useful. I probably wouldn’t be able to stretch without it.

Try kegeling and then gripping just below the ridge.

Your squeezing to hard. Don’t yank it, think static not ballistic. Grip lightly around the area just above the glans. Pull it straight out slowly. Hold it there for a few seconds. Then pull it to the sides, then pull up toward your belly button.
