Position for PE

What is the best position for doing Warm ups, stretches and wet Jelq. I mean sitting or standing. Which position is the best result oriented?

I don’t think it really matters. I warm up and wet jelqs sitting. Stretches standing.

It takes a little while but once you get the feel of it you can do all your stretches sitting down. You are going to have to get the feel for the straight out stretch sitting down but once you do it a lot more relaxing and I find I count slower.

Only when you are really stressing to keep a 60-80% erection toasted the end of your routine then you may want to stand up or kneel over.

I stretch in an office chair. The straight out stretch works way better for me leaning back in the chair. The other ones good sitting in the chair.
