I don’t know if this exercise has a name or is around but it’s uli /horse all in one but for simplicity I’m calling them blowouts.

Step one.Power up your penis and do a normal horse 440.

Step two.Pull up at the base of the penis like doing and uli while at the same time pull down at head to focus the pressure in the middle,as if you was trying to touch your hands togethor .

Step 3.What I prefer to do is while keeping the downward and upward pressure from pulling in the horse is one had rotates clockwise and the other counter clockwise.

That’s it’s.Again I don’t no if this is around but I never felt so plumped.Comments and suggestions welcomed.

Too much information, make a video, but I guess I read something about it the guy said something like it but trying to touch the ground with your forehead and it would give a maximum extension I didn’t get it

Might give it a slight try in the evening routine, one question though your hands stay stationary while rotating, no movement other than that?

I have to disagree on thy being the best. Like FireGoat pointed to, make sure you’re conditioned before doing extreme girth work.

Sounds like a good exercise. I don’t think you need to be a vet to do hard girth routines. A good warm up and as long as you don’t go for too long to start you will be fine. That’s one thing I disagree with the most on here is no one wants to start doing the “so called” hard routines as a newb but I jumped in right away and never had any problems

Sounds similar to something I do which is also very advanced and shouldn’t be done by anyone…

1. I kegal blood into my penis and squeeze it off paying attention to the CC.
2. While I pull away from my body, I push down lightly with my other hand on my glans.
3. Through the whole thing concentrating on really stretching the CC.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Having said that, if you are well conditioned, and have learned exactly how your penis feels when it’s under lots of pressure, go for it.
