I would have searched, but it’s kinda screwy with my phone. I was just curious if there is any negatives or positives to doing PE after working out.

You mean after weigth-training, for example? No.

Nothing wrong with that. Some people schedule their PE right after their workouts.

I figured there was nothing wrong with it. I was just a little curious since there is a lot less blood down there after an intense workout.
