Premature Ejaculation And Multiple Orgasms

Firstly, does anyone have experience with exercises for premature ejaculation? I know kegels help, I’m looking for additional methods.

More importantly, is there a correlation between being multi-orgasmic and premature ejaculation? I can ejaculate to orgasm several times in a row during masturbation. I always thought it was normal, but maybe it’s not?

To be a little more clear, I don’t go flaccid after ejaculating. As long as there’s stimulation, my erection remains at a high quality. When I’m exceptionally horny or have gone a while without jerking off, I keep going after I ejaculate the first time and ejaculate and orgasm again. It takes longer to hit it, and its normally pretty intense because my dick gets super sensitive after the first orgasm, which is why I don’t do it too much. In the past, I’ve orgasmed three or four times in a row until it seems I’m finally out of cum, then I give up.
