Problem with grip on squeezes

I am having issues getting a good strong grip during my squeezes. I am currently about 1/4” thicker than my pointer+thumb can grip; and when I get pumped it’s even more.

What are some recommendations? Should I try squeezing with a less firm erection so I can clamp more??

I encountered a similar problem as yours at one point during my more extreme clamping days. I always preferred doing manual squeezing exercises over using an actual clamp. More direct control, you know.

Have you tried just using both hands?

I must say though, even when I couldn’t reach all the way around, I could still do effective exercises. I wouldn’t recommend working with a lesser erection, they were always especially effective for me with a stronger erection.

Have you not been able to reach fatigue?


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

Not reaching fatigue, exactly. I just feel like I’m not getting as good a workout; not getting a REAL good stretch.

Any other suggestions?

A lot of times I’ll use my other hand to help “close” the primary OK grip. And then use my legs/hips to help pull my big guy back.same idea as moving my hand forward. Anyway, my hands usually fatigue before my dick does because it’s hard to get a good squeeze at that wide of a grip!

Many guys here have found that a too hefty stretch can lead to problems. It is possible they have also felt a good strong pull is needed and they then injure themselves.

A good stretch is required. not necessarilly a good strong stretch.

Sorry to be a bit negative. But it may be worth considering.
