I have a problem whenever I perform stretches. For some reason, I get a semi-erect penis whenever I stretch the penis. I’ve read that stretches should always be performed when completely flaccid so this concerns me. Also, I’ve noticed that my penis is sore when I perform jelqs after stretching, even after I’ve taken the weekend off. Should I stop stretching altogether if I can’t maintain a flaccid penis?

I have the exact same problem, my penis gets semi-hard and turned on whenever pulling, I tend to do it anyway, I’ve been doing this for about a week now and I have noticed nothing unusual myself, so I think it would be alright, but I’m still a noob to this myself so someone of more experience could help us both.

The jelqing question I don’t know, I’m only sore for a few minutes after because I preform dry jelqs cause of my foreskin, sorry I couldn’t be of more help.

Try with toilet paper or baby powder to minimize the slippage and friction.
Try standing, sitting, lying on your back.
Try different grips.
Watch something exciting on television, sports, movie, weather.
If you ger a slight erection, relax and wait.
You could even do squats or something physical that will help sometimes.
Time will make it easier to stay flaccid and stretch.
