Progress
Hey Guys - I thought since I’ve been inspired by so many other people, at the darkest and most lazy moments of my PE career thus far; I’d give a little back.
Due to the possibility of a real life friend reading this forum, I’m not going to disclose my actual measurements until my unit is MASSIVE. In the end (distant future) once I’m happy, I may well post up a before and after picture.
I started doing PE around 6 months ago: I decided, despite what the vets suggest, to work on my girth rather than length as: I began with a good bit bigger than average length but, only just above average girth.
I spent 2 months originally following a fairly lazy routine, perhaps 3 days a week, doing something like this:
5 mins warmup
40 Jelqs (80% erection)
5 mins warmdown
In that time I gained 1/3 of an inch in girth and perhaps 0.2 inches in length. Sadly due to problems in real life, I stopped PE’ing for close to two months and sadly lost all my newfound gains. Fast forward a little:
Two months ago I started a new routine, which looks like this:
5 mins warmup
40 Jelqs as a baseline, but increasing the numbers slowly per session, I also use varied hand grips, from over hand, underhand, then “pinching” my unit between my thumb and index finger to focus on the corpora cavernosa. I also now vary my erection levels from 40% to 90%
5 minutes warmdown.
2 days on 1 day off.
In that time I’ve managed not only to regain my original losses but also: increase my overall girth gain to 0.5” as of today. In light of this I’ve decided to begin focusing on length gains and will report my progress as/when it comes.
The only advice I can give is: If your PI’s drop off.. Take a break, every time until you recover fully. I’ve found there’s a “trap” of working yourself into negative PI’s, seeing your smaller flaccid, slightly dysfunctional unit and exercising harder to try and make it look/feel more impressive. Also: don’t measure constantly; I grip my unit with both hands (one at a time) to feel the increased thickness from two angles. Finally: make sure you cement in your mind what everything used to look like as it’s easy to somehow believe you were always 1/2 inches bigger :) :)
I’m no good at writing this kind of thing but.. I hope it helps somebody, even a little bit.
