Question about kegels

Question about kegels

Are you suppose to have a good erection when doing them?
Also, couldn’t you do them any time of the day, say like when you randomly get an erection?

I find it difficult to do them lastly after doing all the other newbie exercises. It’s a lot easier for me to do it
Before warm ups, or before I do any other exercises. I should get the same effects doing it this way, right?

I don’t think you have to be erect when doing them. You can do them through out the entire day. Driving to work, during work, on your way home, LOL, even sitting at the dinner table. That’s the great thing about kegels you can do them unnoticed. Basically anytime you want.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

Do normal and reverse kegels. Do them in a variety of forms. Erect long holds, short holds. Squezzed/constricted. weighted(push against the movement with rubberband or fingers;towel raises, book raises)

Im advanced and I do clamped kegels which are killer.

How old are you? When I was younger I didnt needed them for eq too.

Try them balanced (reverse and normal) and you will gain even more. + you can get great ejaculation control.

I’m 18 since March. I have tried to kegel a few times while wet jelqing but I found it uncomfortable because the blood wouldn’t come up passed my ‘ok’ grip and so it caused a lot of pressure build up. I might be holding on too tightly so I’ll address that and try it out properly.
I don’t know what reverse kegels are.

As far as girth gains go, I haven’t really noticed anything yet (not even two weeks started) but my EQ is better and my base girth is a bit thicker. Funnily enough I’m 5” at base and 5.1” mid-shaft!:D

Yea can you explain the reverse kegels ? I’ve been doing kegels since I’ve learned it might help to my premature ejac. But ofcourse I’ve always forget them doing when driving etc. I remember as soon as I log in to thundersplace hahah

Reverse kegels are necessary cause they provide that you dont get unbalanced in your pelvis.
The goal is to be in control over them to use them when necessary. A strong kegel muscle itself can lead to premature ejaculation cause its the muscle the cotnracts when cumming.

The reverse kegel is when you push urin out while pissing opposite to the kegel that stops the pissing.
When you do the reverse kegel first you probably use a big part of your abs too. You should feel the push in the base of the penis. Its pressure down there.
At first it feels like shitting and when you press too hard it may happen lol.
Try to feel the push towards your dick with regular kegels as with the reverse kegels

The goal is to feel the difference between normal kegels, reverse kegels, total relaxation down there and when it does what during sex,masturbation.
