Could anyone give me an example of a maintenance routine?

Half of your normal routine gradually doing less over weeks. It’s used to help minimise losses after you stop PE’ing.

Certain exercises such as jelqs and kegels are good to continue even after you’ve reached your goals just for overall penis health.

I was a pumper with some manual exercises mixed in. I stopped pumping except for maybe twice a month. That seemed to be enough. I do some manual stretches when I shower, or I think about it.

It is important, I think, to get your gains well-“cemented” before you think of a maintenance program.

I can’t tell you how I did that from a physiological point of view. From a practical one, though, I measured over a long period of time and kept getting the same numbers.

Well after a week off to get me EQ back to baseline I haven’t lost any gains. In fact I gained a little. Thats a good sign right?
