Question about Neg. PIs
I have fallen into by scheduling this routine.

1off This is today. So its been three weeks.
I have upped now my jelging to 14 mins and stretching to 7.5 mins.
My question is, what is good fatigue? I am feeling a little like its fatigued. Not sore but tired and I can feel it. Like its been worked pretty good.
Lately I have been using good firm pressure. Definitely stronger then a little more than mastrbtg pressure. I’m definitely squeezing it. But I am not
hurting it or strangling just real good pressure. Sorry just trying to give the right pressure description.
Today was the first day I thought, well maybe I should cut back the time. There are no noticeable marks but the erections are a little harder to get to full and though there is
morning wood, its not as powerful as other times.
What do you think. Take two off, go shorter, lighten-up? I am thinking take 2 off and get onto 2 on 1 off without the 3’r in there.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
