Okay, so I recently started PE and so I’m still pretty new. I have been doing stretches with my slightly modified version of the Newbie Routine. I heard from others who commented on my routine that it’s a good routine, but lately, I noticed something. I’m pretty sure it’s from stretches, but yeah. I have these pains around the base of my penis throughout the day. It’s nothing that’s uncomfortable or anything, I can just feel it all the time. It doesn’t really hurt, it’s just different from before when I couldn’t really feel anything down there.

Is this normal? Should I lower the intensity of my routine? Or was I right about this, and it’s just the tendons stretching and healing themselves. It would be greatly appreciated for more information on this as I couldn’t really find anything on this particular situation from the Search feature. Thanks for any help.

And your EQ? Is it the same?

My EQ is the same and anything.. I don’t know if that’s an issue right now [I’m 19] and so at least I didn’t notice a difference.. But yeah, all I really have is that the base of my penis is a little sore to the touch. It’s not like.. Extremely painful, it’s just noticeable.

It’s just that you have been ‘Wrenching’ it a bit too hard. I guess we all do that at sometime, and not necessarilly when new to the game.

It would be best to stop exercising for a few days, until the pain has gone. Then when you re-start, use less force when grabbing your dick.

I found this too. I was doing piss pulls throughout the day and I don’t think there was enough rest time. So I stopped the pulls and just stuck to the manual stretches that I do during my routine.

No problems now.

If it is pain. Stop and give it a rest. Pain is a negative Physiologic Indicator (PIs).
If it is an ache then you maybe ok. Recommend reading the thread under recent articles on the home page titled “Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!” This may help you answer your questions.

Have you been doing a proper warm-up before your routine

I’ve been trying to do a proper warm up, but I’m not sure if the warm wrap I’ve been doing is enough. It seems to get a little bit cold before the 5 mins or so are done.. I’m looking into finding a IR Lamp soon. Hopefully then I’ll be set. Thanks for the replies everyone.

EDIT: Oh, and I stopped doing my stretches for a few days. I’m going to keep up with the rest of my routine though, I’m pretty sure it’s only my stretches that were causing it.
