Question About The JAI Stretch
I’m sorry in advance if this is a frequently answered question but after researching about the JAI stretch I couldn’t find any answers to my question. Anyways, my question is when you stretch for two seconds, is it short two seconds, literally accurate two seconds or long two seconds. The reason why I’m asking is I’ve seen some demonstrations of it and one video did short two seconds but the other one seem to do long two seconds. So.. Which is it? Or maybe it doesn’t matter? Also do you pull hard? Again there seems to be mixed opinions on whether you should pull hard or not. For example, Johan stated in his original post that he pulled hard(100%). I’d appreciate it you guys could help me.
