Hello Everyone!

I’ve got a question about gains from PE and the time when you can say: “This a real gain! This will stick!”
I’m asking this, because I’ve started PE with a length about 15cm - the 15.4cm I’ve mentioned in the signature was the peak of the erection that day - end of November 2014 - when the penis got larger just before cumming - so, while the length was somehow “legit” (as it WAS measured) it is usually not what I’d consider my “real” length now, after reading a lot of posts on the board. So today I’d say: I was at 15cm +/- depending on the day, but 15 was “okay” (with about 11.7 cm EG).

After a few months of rigorous PE:
- 6-9h (leaning to 9) extender/day for 3 months [+0.5cm extender length every week, starting at NBPEL -4cm]
- Jelqing for about 2 months (~1h - 1.5h per day ok and reverse)
- As well as pumping -5Hg to -6Hg with the addition to staged pumping 1,75” => 2” for about an hour every day (for about 1.5 months)
- As well as ADS/ANS use for (almost) the rest of the 24h
- As well as spiritual PE for 2 months

I took 2 days off PE when I started jelqing and got a lot of red spots in the beginning and an aching penis. Now it grew very resilient and it takes me a lot of effort to get it irritated at all *laughs*.

When I am working out - my erections go over 17cm and they are not even really hard. Erectile quality is not at its best and my penis is in a constant state of healing with all the stuff going on - but I am confident it will be fine once I stop.
My goal is to reach 17cm - 18.5cm NBPEL in length (and no longer!) as well as 13.5cm - 14.5cm EG (and no thicker!).

I enjoy the workout and experience with my body - and learned more about my sexuality in these 3 intense months than in 37 years before.
So in short: PE is something where I get to know/feel my body. And I am trying not to develop some weapon to hurt my future wife.

When measuring my penis in the extender, it is 18cm BPFSL.
In the tube at -4Hg to -6Hg (does not make a difference for the length) it grows to about 17.5cm.

My question is: When to stop? As I have a very well defined “target range” which I do not like to go over + my erectile qualities are not at their best I am not quite sure what to do to meet the 17cm - 18.5cm NBPEL and 13.5cm - 14.5cm EG.

On another note: My girth seems to be “off” - last week I had 12.5cm EG this week it got thinner by good 3mm or even 4mm. MAYBE this is also due to the fact that I added a LOT of traction that gave my penis almost over 0.5cm flaccid length in like 2 days (guess I almost sustained an injury here - good thing I knew when to stop! It ached quite badly but it gets better every day + less effort to get it mounted to the extender).

So far so good - if you have any ideas/suggestions/experiences to share, please go ahead!

Well I think the best way to make sure that you cement/solidify your gains is to gain another 0.5” over your goal .

Example : if my goal was 17.8cm/7 inches then keep doing PE until you hit 19.4cm/7.5inches after that stop everything just do a maintenance routine like 6min stretching and 10 min jelqing like 2 or 3 times a week to keep thing’s flowing.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

I’m pretty sure I’ll achieve that by summer when things go on like they did these last 3 months.

Now I just have to somehow increase my girth without pushing the length over my set limit.

This is actually a really hard question to answer but first things first, if your EQ is suffering try taking a break and see it improve, it might actually mean that you are further along than you think, strangely people grow on breaks. Then there’s the question of measuring: it always needs to be done following a break of a couple of days to allow for a true reading rather than a measurement that is temporarily larger because of the work you are doing.

In terms of losses. Some people have reported losing a large amount their gains after some years without PE*, others have reported little change. The truth for you is probably somewhere in the middle. So, as alivegeta says go over your goal by a good distance and consider a maintenance routine of limited PE to keep that in place.

I’ll experiment with that. Guess when I reach 18.5cm NBPEL and still have that a month after I dropped my PE regimen, then I am “on the safe side” as my goal is: >= 17cm & <= 18.5cm NBPEL as well as >= 13.5cm & <= 14.5cm EG.

The EQ is also a funny thing because sometimes I have problems maintaining a hard errection and again sometimes it is so hard I have a hard time jelqing..
It will all work out just fine - I’m sure.

A thought has crossed my mind for a few times: I experience (most likely psychological) hurdles measuring my penis - it tends to lose hardness very quickly when I intend to measure or even shrivels in flaccid state (even funny to watch it go from heavy hanging to small in seconds - triggered by the intent to grab a ruler). Measuring BPFSL works - just pull the thing and measure, but for NBPEL or even BPEL/EG this is a pain. Is it useful to use a cock ring or something to prevent the sudden loss of blood pressure in that case, or does this falsify the result?

This phenomenon is called as “ruler shy”. Happens to many people including me . I dont know if cock rings could make any difference in measurements I’ve never used them.

Tamashi, I shortened your initial post to show you something. That is a very intense program you are on. In my opinion you should be doing the newbie routine and only the newbie routine, that is a lot of jelqing just starting out 1hour to an 1hour and a half a day. You could be hurting future gains with that intense of a program. with all of them different exercises how do you know which one is working? Your penis is trying to tell you I need some rest, so take a week or two off of PE , then start back doing just the newbie routine , then in time add one exercise at a time , so you can fine tune what is and is not working. My penis grows when its in a rest full state, not during the actual workout. Hope this helps

That is exactly what I did about the last 5 days - take a break. I only used the ADS/ANS and one day not even that and my penis used the time to fully heal. When I restarted the routine I noticed that my length went to 16.5cm BPEL plus (my penis is ruler-shy). During my workouts my errections are also “rock-hard”, often too hard to jelq but I’m getting that under controll with edging/kegel practice.

You write that it is hard to know what works:
1st: My extender does a great job after all the modifications. (Tamashii - I’d like to share my experiments with you)
The force is tricky (so I have to be extra careful and listen to my penis well) especially as I’m using pliers to mount the tube to my extender. I can feel the intense stress in the entire shaft. The blood vessels, skin, and also the tissue is under heavy load and I can feel that very well (so I am careful not to go over the breaking point here).
A few hours with such a setup produce the result of a penis that has been stretched past its natural limit - I can also see the results in the tube when pumping - it extends longer into the tube.
These effects themselves are not “permanent” per se - leaving the penis alone it would shorten again (maybe not to the initial length though), so I am stretching it with my ADS/ANS continuously - it’s healing well under these conditions.

2nd: Jelqing before the pumping session. Here I’m doing either sets of 30-40minutes if I plan to pump only once (when there is not much time or when I want to go for the 2” directly) or about 20-30min when I am planning to do several sessions. I’m using oxygen heat oil to keep my penis lubricated throughout the practice.
I usually go for “regular” ok jelqing and occasionally add some reverse ones with strong squeezes. Feels great for the sometimes aching shaft (from the stretching) and any discomfort usually gets better. EQ during the session is great - only when I try to take a ruler it drops like a rock.

3nd: The pump. I got the recommendation of a friend to buy a pump - and I am really happy I did it! Pumping is great. I carefully increased time and pressure in the beginning - about +1 minute every day (splitting that at 15m to 2x7.5m etc).
I like the feeling of my penis after the pumping session - also got a second cylinder 2” where I staged in the beginning, but I’m using that usually alone now when there is not that much time in the evening.
Pumping is also a good “gauge” for me to see the effects of the other methods - length and girth inside the tube are impacted heavily by the stretching/jelqing.

4th: Jelqing after pumping: This is usually blissful. The penis is long and thick and also gets very hard. The spongy flabby feeling changes into something much more solid and hard after several minutes jelqing - I usually also use that time to train edging/kegels/reverse kegels, as I have to be careful not to cum during practice. I’m also using the oxygen heat oil here, gives off much heat from inside the penis after a few min.

5th: ADS/ANS after any practices I usually give my penis a few minutes to “cool off” and regain the natural form, should there be any deformation. After that I’m using the ADS - when I decide that it has been enough extender use (meaning my shaft is sore and I don’t want to use the extender anymore). After the last jelqing in the evening I’m using the ANS with the thinner sleeve over night.

With all that at least I get the impression that I know quite well what does what. I also learned the different levels of “danger” to my penis from green to red. I’ve been at deep-orange/borderline red - took several days off after that one. But now I can almost set a timer after the signals my penis sends me, so I know exactly - okay, light aches, I need to hurry and go somewhere private, because within the next 5 minutes my penis will go to “yellow alert” and after that it progresses pretty quickly (within 2 min) towards red. I also learned how to temporarily improve the situation, so I can extend the time till things get painful.

All in all I’m very happy with my progress, starting a bit below 15cm (real) and being about 16,5-17cm with much more girth after 3,5 months is nice for me.
Thanks for your warnings though, I am aware that I’m walking on a rather sensitive path here which requires a lot of presence.
