Tony. You are probably nowhere near ready for aggressive PE routines such as hanging heavy weights. Stick with the Newbie Routine until you’ve toughened up your dick a bit, but here is the idea in a nutshell.
Turtling 101:
When exposed to cold, stress or even psychological trauma, such as a near miss from being kicked in the balls, the suspensory ligaments will cause the penis to fold in on itself like a telescope, pulling it inside the fat-pad out of harm’s way. Thus, Turtling is or was the body’s way to protect the penis from trauma.
Though this penile retraction was a good thing for our primate ancestors as they swung through the trees, it’s no longer of any value. Now that man walks upright and wears clothes, penile retraction is utterly useless, and without a doubt, in the world of PE,
Turtling is the Enemy.
After hanging or manual stretching it is absolutely essential to keep the shaft extended so the controlled damage we inflict to penile tissue heals slowly in an extended state. This causes new cells to fill in the gaps caused by micro-tearing, thus increasing mass and total penile volume.
Letting your dick pull back into the fat-pad to heal can even cause you to lose length.
