I was looking at some of those steel balls on ebay. I have seen all the usual marketing ads:

"The competitor’s weight is a toy you need a larger size, or “don’t get the larger size”

Anyone have a recommendation? Is a 1/3lb a large enough weight to stretch your penis? What is the optimal size?

Anyone?

I made the mistake of buying those Ebay magnetic ball things. The minimum you should hang from is 2.5 lb and most guys push up in at least 1 lb increments to around 15 lbs. Imagine how many of those balls you’d have dangling around. You’ll need to start with 8 and end up with 48 balls!!!! The weight is far too small Tony. Most guys recommend golf weights (to load a club when practicing your swing) or weight-lifting gear.

Really you penis can support 8lbs? Did the ebay magentic balls do anything? Where did you get your weights?

I haven’t hung for a while, but was doing 12-15lbs. I bought a couple of cheap sledge hammers with wooden handles, cut off the handles and screwed hooks into the wood remaining in the heads. Was the cheapest, most compact solution I could find.

I’ve hung 25# a bit back in the day, but generally stuck in the 18# range for sets.

The magnetic ball thingys are less about ‘hanging per se and more of an ADS thingy.

Not a bad solutions as they swing free and are very quick and easy to remove stealthily should the need arise.

Those steel spheres are for ADS, no hanging. Not really suitable for long use (glans gets cold after 20-30 minutes) and not practical for outdoor use (based on personal experience).

Some members here reported that The original anchor (get anchored now, google it) is comfortable and doesn’t cause cold glans, however, it’s a bit more pricey at $80.

I found that even with ads glans get cold as well.In you guy’s opinions what is better an ADS or hanging? To get good progress. Also are there any websites to buy a good support for the weights?

They can’t be compared because while being similar in nature, they have different purpose. Hanging is one of major PE exercises and uses medium to high weights (relatively speaking), while ADS is light weight used to keep the penis stretched throughout the day so it can heal in elongated state, best used in combination with stretching or hanging and doesn’t do much on its own.

Can you explain what you mean by “good support for the weights”? Are you talking about hanging device?

Does the 1/3lb balls work as all ads to gain some length?>

They are an ADS and will NOT have the impact of hanging— are you reading the replies?

1/3 pound balls aren’t heavy enough, even for a beginner, for hanging sessions. This is because hanging sessions tend to be shorter in nature (10-30 minute sets are typical). It’s pretty unlikely that 1/3 pound balls worn for 10-30 minutes at a time will be sufficient. They are probably only sufficient for a very light ADS.

In truth, most ADS systems use more weight than that even. The JES extender, for instance, provides up to 1500g of tension (which is about 3.3 lbs). The recommended time of wearing the device for the quickest results is 12 hours a day. That is definitely a more aggressive ADS than what you’re referring to. Assuming there is a correlation between weight and time, let’s say it’s linear for fun (even though I doubt that), you would have to wear your 1/3 pound weight far longer (months/years more) than a JES at 1500g and 12 hours a day to achieve the same results.

I hope this information helps you see this logic:
1/3 pound balls < JES
JES < Hanging
1/3 pound balls < JES < Hanging
1/3 pound balls < Hanging (less than and not even close to equal)

I think it goes without saying that 0.33 lbs is inadequate for anything in PE, especially hanging (usual weights are anywhere from 3-4 lbs to 25+ lbs). Maybe it could be used as very mild ADS to prevent turtling, but on its own I’m sure it can provide next to zero gains even after 10 years of use.

Excuse my ignorance but what is turtling?

Also what about the silicon based ads? I assume the force/pressure would be different based upon if you have the connection to your knee or leg. But do those provide enough ?
