Question

My penis has turtled slightly in the last few sessions. I may have overworked it yes? Today the stretch felt tighter than normal. My flaccid hang hasn’t hung in the last 2 days like when I first started doing PE which felt great but I think I may have overworked it but not by much I mean I may have added a slight bit more tension in the stretching, I may have added a few more seconds in stretching and I may have put more force into my grip while jelqing. I plan on taking the day off tomorrow as today wasn’t the best day of PE for me as the jelqing didn’t feel like it was working. The jelq felt tight, not as engorged as it used to be. Is my penis trying to repair itself from a bigger than normal training session? Does this mean that if I give it a day or two of rest that it will actually be more encouraged to grow?

My second question is, can I incorporate 2 stretch routines in one day instead of my normal jelq in the morning and stretch in the evening?

Hi Ingeniousreader,

Glad to know that you are very in-tune with your PI’s, this in itself is a major bonus to your PE career.

I take it you are doing a version of the newbie routine, now to start with this is nothing like weight training, you don’t need to keep building up pressures and forces. Adequate tension in a stretch is all that is needed to stretch the tunica done time and time again you will see gains, it does not respond to more pressure or tension by releasing more size, it toughens up making it harder to gain. The Penis has to be coaxed into gains not bullied into them.

Take a day, or two, or three off, relax and start again this is a lifestyle choice and it will take time to see healthy growth. The body takes time to grow, if you lose a toenail it will take six months to grow a new one, when you stretch your dick to fast and the body can’t grow the nerves, veins, connective tissue, etc. fast enough it get’s upset and shuts down (toughens the penis against the abuse).

It’s a marathon not a sprint, it takes time and patience not gusto and eagerness, relax and enjoy the journey, you have the rest of your life to master this self improvement technique.

You have a very good point there. I didn’t know about the tension thing. I always thought more tension = more gain but what you said I am going to stick by. When I stretch I am going to stretch it out to it’s max and hold it there WITHOUT pulling any harder than needed. Thanks again and luckily enough my penis was hanging again today so I’m very happy. It feels looser and more supple again. Thankfully I didn’t over do it too much seeing as it was back to normal in no time. A LESSON HAS BEEN LEARNED.

Interesting point. I wonder if It has any relevance to my case of ED ? How do I know if my is toughened up and the turtle won’t come out of its shell? I try so hard to get erections and they just won’t happen! Maybe there is another way (non prescription) that I can get it up by coaxing my flaccid meat to hardness instead of all the stretching, squeezing and choking my chicken?

Take some time off and add 250 mg of Vitamin C four times a day to help with any healing that needs to be done. ED is a complicated thing but if we can start by making the penis healthier and making sure the plumbing works then we can work on the psychological issues that go with it.

If you look at how much vit C animals that make their own produce, we take far too little. Dogs produce about 20 mg per pound of body weight and most other animals that make their own produce it in similar amounts. Considering how stress burns up Vit C, we need more than a dog. :)

Just ease into the Vitamin C, too much at one time and the gut rejects it, then it stays in the bowel and attracts water (similar problem with magnesium) this will soften the stool (make your poo runny), that’s why I suggest starting with 250 mg doses several times a day and working up to higher doses as you need it.
