Hello I’m new here and I’m starting off with the warm up, 30 seconds of stretching everyway, 150 wet jelks, and kegles. I’m gonna do this for two weeks let me know if this is good? But the main question I have is there any exersizes I can do in the near futures as I can actually move my penis when errect like up and down and all that crap because I’m sure there are other members that can do that also.
