I’m sure this may have been have asked before but wasn’t sure how to find the answer in search

I’ve been reading around the forums and such and lots of people seem to think that the Newbie routine is too much for newbies to handle. So why is the Newbie routine still up as is instead of being updated?

Also I’ve found that some people are stating that LOT theory is not as bankable as once thought, then why is it still up on here to go about confusing people if it’s no good?

Because we don’t believe in censoring ideas. You have to read different opinions and form your own beliefs.

However, LOT was a theroy about hanging, and hanging is not adviced by most vets to newbies, so if you read the newbie forum you will not be confused.

I agree with the LOT. Ever since I read about and never understood it, I read other people’s opinions and decided to forget about it.

Also, there is a modified newbie routine. I believe babbis created the routine and ran away with his own website, but I could be wrong.

The newbie routine as posted is a guideline, it really isn’t written in stone. It can be modified and changed as needed by the individual. Several individuals here have learned that sometimes less is more when it comes to the newbie routine.

Figure out what your body needs and go from there. Do realize that the important part here is that you need to condition your penis to the exercises, it has to learn some things. Like when is it work time and when is it play time; it will learn I promise.

As far as LOT is concerned, marinera is correct in that we don’t believe in censorship (normally, usually, most often) and some people do follow the theory and are successful at it. Once again, it depends on the person. If we removed everything here that was confusing, we wouldn’t have much, if anything, left.
