Well I’m new to this place.. Go-ogled an found it.. From what I see this seems like it works.. So I’m not doubting it’s functionality right now but a few questions.. I’ve read through A LOT.. Testimonies and newbie section and all but I’d like to know a few things

1) I’ve been seeing NBPEL .. And a lot of these abbreviations and cannot get the gist of what is being said because I’m clueless as to what this is.. So could sum1 tell me what NBPEL stands for as well as the others an what it’s about.. Briefly or a link showin me where to find this

2) Currently I’m 1” x 1.5” flaccid and 3” x 2” erect.. Sad I kno :( and it makes me soo wats d word.. Self conscious.. Anybody lookin at me I think dem lookin at ma pants an can tell that it’s small.. Well I’m not aimed at going for the biggest dick in the world.. Just wanna become at least average.. I’ve used my mini me before and tapped into sum holes.. But they were virgins so anything would make them cry lol.. Anyways I’m aiming for average.. 6” x (3” or 4”) erect with and ok flaccid length.. I’d like to know going by the routines posted.. Doing it as posted in the routine section how long will it take to reach this goal and is it possible?

As well if sumone can tell me like literal.. Do the newbie routine for this long.. Then step up.. And what else..

3) Non administrative persons .. Can you tell me what have you done that has increased ur size some routines that are not as posted but works for you?

P.S: I’d like to say good job with the site.. Seems like alot of people are getting benefits from it.

1. Non bone pressed. Meaning you are just measuring from your where your penis starts on the outside (not pushing in your fat pad).

2. It will take awhile. But worth it.

3. Take it slow is my idea.

Start: NBP: 6 - Girth: 4.7

Now: NBP: 7 - Girth: A hair below 5"

Goals: NBP - 7.5 .... Girth - 5.5

sometimes I start threads to ask questions and people look at them but do not reply. NBPEL means non bone pressed erect length. So BPEL is bone pressed erect length. and BPFL is bone pressed flaccid length. When I first started I had been on other sites and had even downloaded instructional videos. I would recommend viewing the videos on this site and even printing out the written instructions. I also have begun to use the search button alot as most of the questions I ask have already been answered if I’m willing to put in the time and effort to find the threads. This may be why I sometimes don’t get any responses to my questions. I won’t tell you what my routine is yet because I don’t want to encourage you to get ahead of yourself like I did. Research the injuries thread to learn what to look for as far as danger signals that you are over abusing your penis such as edema, spotting and bruising. There is a recommended Newbie routine that should be followed for three months. When I first started I measured 6 and 2/8 but I can’t remember if this was BPEL or NBPEL. So now I’m more confident that my beginning BPEL was 6 and 7/8. I now measure 7 and sometimes longer BPEL. I’m in the middle of my 10th week. I do the manuel stretches and jelq with a 10 minute warmup and a 10 minute warm down wrap.

Yes welcome, and tunder05 is right, you are gonna catch hell for the spelling and grammar.

Having said that, please (not plz) read the Forum Guidelines on proper spelling and grammar and that sort of stuff. We do frown upon chat speak here, as many of our wonderful members do not have English (Queen’s or otherwise) as their first language. Besides, its hard to read.

Now, follow the newbie routine for a minimum of 3 months, then slowly add things to your routine. Consistency is the key, you have to be consistent and train your penis to the differences between masturbation and jelqing. As others have stated, go slow, injuries are not a good idea as they tend to really hinder gains. Listen to your penis, it will tell you if you are doing something wrong. Pain is BAD remember that please and thank you.

There is a link to the glossary at the bottom of the main page, or table of contents if you so wish to call it that. You will find most of, if not all of the various abbreviations used here. Make the search button your friend, use key words and you will more than likely find what you want to know by doing that. When all else fails, and you have tried a search, ask the question and one of us will attempt to answer it.

OK well my apologies for the grammar, it is like second nature to me but I will change that.. Thanks for the reply but there was a question left unanswered, If I follow exactly what is in the newbie routine an then go to the advanced/standard routine within the three months approximately how long will it take for me to reach my gain and cement it?

There’s probably a reason that one got overlooked, there is no answer to it. Each person here has a different composition to their tissue structure (even if all tissues are similar they are not alike). Therefore we can’t say that in x months you will have reached your goal and have it cemented. I wish there was a “magic” answer, but there isn’t. The newbie routine is to be followed for 3 months before you can do anything else.
