Questions

(Please excuse misspelling) I have been jelqing for about a week now, and I have been doing the newbie routine, and I don’t know if I’m either hurting or working good my penis, so my questions are, how should your penis feel after a workout? And how should it not feel?, I would GREATLY appreciate if my questions are answered with a little detail since I’m really concerned and I don’t have too much experience. Thank you.

Your penis should feel worked out, maybe a little sore after a workout, similar like your body would feel after a good workout in the gym. Pain isn’t good, when you have that something did go wrong.

If you worried about misspelling, use the spell check.

Don’t worry too much about how it should feel.

Search about grips in jelqing and stretching so you are sure you get it right.

Take a tour in the injury forum, to know what is bad and needs attention.

You should NOT feel pain.

And do a search for PI’s.

Hey! Welcome.
As long as long you stick to the newbie routine Im sure you wont hurt yourself unless you Jelq with a very firm grip. After a jelqing session, you would ideally feel “fuller” in your penis. It will hang a bit bigger for sometime after a workout. The glan will be slighty more red due to more supply of blood. If you are feeling a bit sore, its just perfect. There is a very thin line between working out and over-working so you need to be cautious. As such it is very difficult to explain what one should feel after a PE routine. Id suggest you do the newbie routine and over time you will develop enough PE senses to tell you how you are doing.

You may want to watch out for certain indications though. Loss of erections, Inability to get hard erections, Pain, extreme pricking sensation, numbness etc could mean you are over working.
Positive indications are good erections, morning wood, Better flaccid hang, increase in length & girth etc.

Walk slowly but never backwards.
