Quick Question
I have been doing a ton of reading about PE. I have been doing a beginner routine for a few weeks. Just trying to get the motions down. Some stretches,drys and wet,holds.
I was reading about clamping tonight. I have been doing the wife with a cock ring on for 8 years or more. The ring is about 4 or 4.25 in size. My tool is about 4.75.
Do you guys think I have conditioned my crank doing this compared to a true newbie? Do I need to be just alittle more aggresive then a newbie
