Random tingling in head

I have been PEing for over 4 months now and recently started clamping for about two weeks now. I do my warm up then jelqs (400) then clamp in the shower for 5 minutes under hot water. Everything was fine until last night when after the clamping I started to feel some random tingling in the head. The next day I continue to feel a random tingling in the head for about 20 to 30 seconds. Today is my off day so no work but I just wanted to ask if anyone has gotten this when doing clamping? Is this normal or should I shut it down for a while.

I wouldnt go for the max. for some time. lowering time and intensity a bit. jsut observe the situation carefully. You gaine some I see and it might be that the nerves have to catch on growing.

Will your head is where all the nerve ending are so maybe theres to much blood or not enough blood flow just like when your leg or arm falls a sleep maybe do a little less clamp time

Just lasted a couple. Days and is not noticeable any more. Will take more care to time it better sine I am just beginning. Thanks for the tips gentlemen this place. Is the best could not have done this without it.
