Recovery from Masturbation
Hi guys, if you know me, you’ll know that my main concern and problem is masturbation. I have recently went on a quest to reduce my masturbation count, but this week is not doing me much justice.
Anyway I just blew the load and I need to know what can help me regain the lost strength. I have plenty of water, food, and L-Arginine capsules in my house.
What else can I do, or what should I eat?
