Red spots from Jelqing

Just started out, and noticed that I have some red spots on my glans from my jelqing. I’m not trying to really apply excessive force, but it could be too much. More than happy to listen to any advice.

They are burst capillaries and should go away in a day or two,a good warm up will minimize them.

Thanks man, I did give the old fella a good warm up with hot wrap, perhaps need a bit more of that.

I had the same thing happen. Was a little worried at first, but there wasn’t any pain and they went away quickly so I didn’t get worried. It’s normal when you start PE
