Redi-Stretcher or Bib
Decided that a homemade hanger is alright for now but want to order a proper hanger. The Redi looks very easy to use but the Bib starter is a proven performer so caught up here. If this subject has come up I apologize but now that I am a member [hooray, thank you Thunder] I can finally ask the question. For ease of use and results which way would you folks go. Will be alternating hanging with stretching, PE weights, and the beginners program. Thanks to all that respond in advance.
