Rediscovering PE Health
Hi all,
I’ve been a long time lurker, on and off looking for info, tried some exercises for while, did find it helpful for overall ‘fitness’.
Due to a partner looking down on stuff and me being shy I never stepped up and committed.
Well, many years later I’m back, trying to fix myself after being divorced, did all the dumb stuff to numb the pain and being very aware of all I can improve.
Also in this field :)
My basic measure now is (still) a little over 6’ in erect length and just 4,5’ in girth mid shaft.
I struggle with thinking being enough to satisfy, also because I almost always ejaculate really really quick.
I overthink a lot and am trying to space out mentally, but I find it really hard and it takes a lot of focus away when piv.
Now I’m working on my mental health for 18 months, getting through a lot of rough stuff. Just now diagnosed with ADHD making me 2E.
However, when I did work on my penile health earlier, I felt like I had like literally more space length and girth wise to keep going longer and I’m here to work on that to check if that was just my mental state then, or if it is more.
One other thing is that when I ejaculate, it’s always really ‘airborne’ and messy (in bed hitting above the headboard kinda thing). Also I was told I cum a lot (messy again) this makes me feel awkward. (Attached a photo of a regular load in a container, eeew)
