Results After 3 Weeks Of Stretching
I just started manual stretching again after reading a few threads about other users who have gained 1-2 inches just by stretching. So here is my experience. I am a roofer and it is a job that requires a shower immediately after work, so you use this time to get clean and use the warm water to warm up. I hold my penis in my hand and let the water collect in my palm so my penis is submerged in the water. I then do some helicopter spins not sure exactly what they are called. From the I start doing 30 second stretches downwards (also downwards to left and right) then to the left and right, and finally upwards. I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks now and have noticed a few things. I am growing new veins in my penis that are make it loom stronger and healthier, the base of my penis where the ligs are look more pulled out from my stomach, and finally the best part is I gained around .25” in length. I didn’t measure it with a ruler I used a comparison method where I held my penis next to a shaving cream can that has a line near the top. Before stretching I was a little under the line NBPEL now 3 week later I am a tad above the line NBPEL. I then took the tape measure to measure difference and it was .25” difference.
My routine is so simple due to the fact that I have no privacy and the shower time is my only time to PE besides the few times I stretch while peeing or whenever I get the chance.
I would really like to reach 9×6.5 is this a possibility with just stretching and jelqing alone. If not when do I move onto other routines. I used to hang a few years back but only for a month. I seen a .5” gain but it disappeared after stopping. I would Like to get back into hanging.
