Results After 3 Weeks Of Stretching

I just started manual stretching again after reading a few threads about other users who have gained 1-2 inches just by stretching. So here is my experience. I am a roofer and it is a job that requires a shower immediately after work, so you use this time to get clean and use the warm water to warm up. I hold my penis in my hand and let the water collect in my palm so my penis is submerged in the water. I then do some helicopter spins not sure exactly what they are called. From the I start doing 30 second stretches downwards (also downwards to left and right) then to the left and right, and finally upwards. I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks now and have noticed a few things. I am growing new veins in my penis that are make it loom stronger and healthier, the base of my penis where the ligs are look more pulled out from my stomach, and finally the best part is I gained around .25” in length. I didn’t measure it with a ruler I used a comparison method where I held my penis next to a shaving cream can that has a line near the top. Before stretching I was a little under the line NBPEL now 3 week later I am a tad above the line NBPEL. I then took the tape measure to measure difference and it was .25” difference.

My routine is so simple due to the fact that I have no privacy and the shower time is my only time to PE besides the few times I stretch while peeing or whenever I get the chance.

I would really like to reach 9×6.5 is this a possibility with just stretching and jelqing alone. If not when do I move onto other routines. I used to hang a few years back but only for a month. I seen a .5” gain but it disappeared after stopping. I would Like to get back into hanging.

Congratulations on the length gains. It is absolutely possible to gain 1 to 2 inches following a manual routine but keeping an eye on your physiological indicators while adding or reducing stress to your tissues is key. Consistency is just as important. Make sure you give yourself a day off when you need it. Usually 2 on one off works well for most people.

Thanks for the input. My main thing is how do I tell when my penis is fatigued from stretching. I usually just do or until my ligs are sore. Is the fatigue the same as when hanging? I know when hanging my EQ wasn’t good until the next day. Also is only 3 sets of stretching in the shower good enough to get gains. The stretches I do are pretty intense. I jelq afterwards of course.

You will know when you’ve pushed yourself too far or not far enough by observing your physiological indicators out line here: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Thanks that read definitely answered some of my questions. But so far I have a few neutral pis such as retraction and red spotting, but I have all the positive pis and don’t see any negative pis so hopefully I’m ok. Its also good that while at work most of the day my penis is hitting my leg now makes me feel more fuller haha

Retraction and spotting isn’t much of an issue as long as you have other positive PIs.

So I’m reading other sites and some sites say to do a set of 10 stretches each way but others say 3-4 sets. Which way is the way to go because after 3 sets my penis seems fatigued

Everyone is different.

For example I do 32 mins of stretching. Might be to much for some or to little for others.

As How Lack said. Watch you PI’s. Then you’ll know if youre under/over doing your workout.

I also had huge gains very early on starting.. Stretching and using a silicone cock ring at the right times was easy as can be and proved to give great results.it’s all about finding the routine that suits you.you’ll know when you got it right because you can pretty much feel it working right away, basically if you think your doing it wrong you probably are.. Find the exercises/routine that feel most comfortable and after a few session’s you’ll know exactly what to keep doing.
