Routine for long-"thin" guy. + newbie routine?
Hi, I’m one of those who have been blessed with statistically long penis, but its really hard for me to gain anything but length. So I´m asking those who has got the same, and if so, what did help you with gaining girth? I´m not actually thin, that’s why I´ve put it in the quotes. I’m at average, but want to gain to 5.5 then maybe stop PE completely, but that’s not important right now.
I’m little bit ashamed, but I’ve never done newbie routine properly. So I was thinking if its good way to start on newbie again. I wasn’t done PE in 2 months (except 2 days of clamping.)
The Newbie Routine
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.
Do you think that the 5min stretching can help with girth gains or should i skip that part.
I´m really not into too complex routines.
