Routine for long-"thin" guy. + newbie routine?

Hi, I’m one of those who have been blessed with statistically long penis, but its really hard for me to gain anything but length. So I´m asking those who has got the same, and if so, what did help you with gaining girth? I´m not actually thin, that’s why I´ve put it in the quotes. I’m at average, but want to gain to 5.5 then maybe stop PE completely, but that’s not important right now.

I’m little bit ashamed, but I’ve never done newbie routine properly. So I was thinking if its good way to start on newbie again. I wasn’t done PE in 2 months (except 2 days of clamping.)

The Newbie Routine

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Do you think that the 5min stretching can help with girth gains or should i skip that part.
I´m really not into too complex routines.

Or I will stay with clamping, but usually I get expanision from 12,9 cm in girth to 13,3 which is not too much.

The newbie routine is about getting used to the exercise. If followed reguarly it gives you a good benchmark on what to do next.

Starting right of the bat with clamping is maby overkill and can lead to a “hardened” or/and discolored dick(at worst injury).

Its better to ease into any advanced exercise as they might need different schedules. Newbie routine can give you girth gains.

Do it 3 months and see what it gives you. At the very least you will have high EQ. Trom there you can do advanced eercises which might need higher intensity which the newbie routine primes you to.

Some stretches are perfectly fine. You can tweak the routine though for more jelqs and less stretches. You can also experiment with different EQ stages for jelqs after 2-3 weeks on the routine.(the higher the EQ the less intensity obviously.)

If you don’t want more length, drop stretches. So far as girth goes, there’s a massive amount of quality exercises you could get into.

For a relatively new user, I’d say stick with jelqing for a few months. If you don’t like counting reps, time yourself. It’s been said a half hour a day can give you solid gains in both directions.

Once you’ve done that you should try the more advanced jelqs. Slow squash jelqs are hugely popular, but it is absolutely imperative you don’t do them too hard or too fast. You can pop something and if you do it WILL freak you out.

Other than those you have bends and compressions, which you should also practice caution with in a big way. You bend too forceful or erect and you’re liable to need surgery. You compress recklessly and you are going to pop something.

I like to use a cock ring and edge. I do ten minute sets, followed by 25 slow jelqs to get freshly originated blood. More than that will give you numbness if you do more than 2 sets. And I have tinkered with this one a lot.

Then there’s bathmate, which is expensive, uncomfortable, and a pig to get used to. But I have to say I’m sure it has helped my girth gains solidify for sure. The best thing you can do for synergy with any of the above IMO.

My experience over many years says anyway.

Right after routine of 10 min jelqing, and the rest, I can get erection, but only with some porn.My dick feels killed, for the rest of the day. is that good? I remember doing less, but I cant remember what have I done exactly. it was more like progressively increasing pressure. after that I was maybe more expanded, but Im not really sure.

You could be jelqing too hard.

Just monitor it up to the next day and note your PI ‘s.

In the short run this way you can determine if you do too much or can do more.If you cant get an errection the day after the exercise you might have to cut back.

My notes for today,
- my sex drive returned after about one hour, as well as possibility to have a solid boner…
- my flaccid hangs low, but it might be more dependable on the fact, that I’m in bed whole day - in warm ( I’m ill)

Hey guys, I just want to share with my experience. It has been the forth day in this routine, and it makes me feel happy.
Usually, when I’m done with routine, my dick doesn’t respond really well… I’ve done some changes in my routine it is 2 ON 1 Off routine.

1. day morning.
warm up with rice-sock -5 minutes.
I do 10 minutes jelqing from low pressure to mid-high pressure, but no red or purple spots at the end. I do dry jelqs and at the fifth minute of routine my dick start to be darker, in this time I usually stop and try to pump out the “old blood” and pump the new one. In this moment my penis is redish but its bigger then before. I finish after 10 minutes.
in newbie routine there is stretching, which I skipped because I’m shrinking with it and it kills my EQ.
the important thing for me is, forget about masturbation at the end, so no unwanted arousal with this routine.

Night time, -edging which is like miring at gym. the “prize” for no masturbation. I don’t know why but I feel bigger. even length goes up.. heading for 8 BPEL. And double orgasm at the end.

morning time is the best thing about it. The “meaty 80 % erection” feels different in hands- thicker so I´m sure that this time I going to grow my girth!!
