You literally have to put in a lot of time and have great patience. Every morning and night after heat, do an “ok” grip just above your balls and pull down, hold this stretch until your hands ache too much - don’t do it too hard. Then do it to the side for as long as possible etc. I then made a little device to mimic the shape of my “ok” grip out of some foam insulation tube stuff and secured it with tape. You then add very small weights around the sides so it gives a gentle pull throughout the day.
I noticed that my balls hung much lower (they used to practically sit in my stomach). But I also noticed that if I stopped doing it for a month or so, then it would start to pull itself back up, even though I had extra skin there.
p.s. the weights I used for my device thing was big blobs of plasticine, taped on with electrical tape.
