I too attempted to see what the point or meaning was, but sadly could not follow the language. I do see some meaning to what the first post is saying, but can’t seem to comprehend the full message.

NasNeco, a word if advice if you wish to truly teach us something here: Try to focus more on complete flowing sentences, the choppy nature of your writing coupled with your frustration makes it near impossible to understand the true message of your posts. I’m not saying you don’t have anything meaningful to add, but from your posts it is not being conveyed. I understand that your native tongue may not be English, but perhaps a revision of your writings before posting with an attempt to be less choppy will help you get your message across.

Until then, I believe you have lost much of your audience here.

Alright.. I’ll write with beliefs for first time on the thunder’s place.. I see that you cannot understand without the three poisons.. Meh..

Samadhi’s benefits:

1. Reduces distractions in the thoughts on temporary.. Otherwise, if you have quit meditating for while.. Distractions will grow back..
2. Your mind will be improvised slow but the concentration and the focus will be 3 times faster.. Better concentration.. Better chance to get in the insight during Vipassana (especially Samadhi).
3. You don’t really need Vipassana and it’s not useful for focus but trust me.. You don’t want to learn this..
4. Focus and or concentration is used for reading, learning, working, ects..

WARNING:
You do not have to visualize.. Visualization may brings another distractions.. Distractions may interrupts your focus on difficult levels.. This visualization is not used in Vipassana by ancient monks like Siddhartha.
Only modern monks do visualize.

I had issues with mental health during PE exercises..

1st issue.. Weak concentration and focus
2nd issue.. Lacks of resistance to not get rid off this urge of pleasure
3rd issue.. Distractions about naked girls
4th issue.. Too many distractions to think about those unnecessary things that are not useful in life
5th issue.. Barerly counting above 70 strokes when I do jelqy-ing

Now.. I can count 100 numbers without talking numbers.. And also.. I can count backward from 100 to 0.. Very fast almost without thinking.. I practiced this Samadhi for 1 year and 2 months.

Concentration does not make your peaceful mind.. Remember this.. I’m proven that I can be insulter.. I never lie.

Englimenth is not real.. Your body can do relax alone after above 5 mintues.. It’s body .. As well as you’re going to bed and trying to sleep, this takes only 30 minutes for start to sleep..

Because.. Meditation doesn’t need this technique.

samadhi is an hindi word which means “the resting place” like your grave . i still remember my social teacher had told that kings that were capture during the war and kept as prisoner’s took samadhi till they passed away … it is even said that some people who wanted to die (suicide) would just enter a box and take samadhi to pass away….


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I’m not aware of that.. But still.. I have original Samadhi and one that I have got a gift from a unknown person. I was told that meditation is made by ancient people before your people named this “Samadhi”.
