"semi-newbie" question
Hi!
I’m doing PE for more than a year now, so I decided (after some mistakes) to level up:)
My program right now :
300 wet jelq (of course after 5minutes of hot bathing)
Uli stretch 5X10
BTC for 1hour or more in 30min parts
I do it (almost) every day!
I just want to know that is this good for girth? I want to gain girth more than length.. Actually length is enough, but I read that girth comes easier with some length:)
(I don’t want to use hangers and stuff like that)
Any advise welcomed!
