I’m doing PE for more than a year now, so I decided (after some mistakes) to level up:)
My program right now :
300 wet jelq (of course after 5minutes of hot bathing)
Uli stretch 5X10
BTC for 1hour or more in 30min parts
I do it (almost) every day!

I just want to know that is this good for girth? I want to gain girth more than length.. Actually length is enough, but I read that girth comes easier with some length:)
(I don’t want to use hangers and stuff like that)

Any advise welcomed!

Yeah, I believe I share the same question as you. I’m doing around 250 wet jells each night, give or take ten. And I swap it up between twenty horse grips, and the O. I’ve been soon jelqing for a couple weeks now, and just wondering if I should change anything.

Also, since you concerned with girth, as well as myself, I’d like to ask the question; how is five inch girth, six and three fourths length, one and three fourths across? (Unit of measurement is inches).

I’d switch to dry jelqs if you are uncut, alternating them with wet jelqs - 1 month dry, 1 month wet. What you mean with BTC ad ULI STRETCH?

I notice that BTC stretches (if that’s what it is) are typically exercises for length. They mainly aim to stretch the suspensory ligament.

Yeah correct, BTC is for length but you guess you should do it for easier girth gain.. BTC is basically that you grab your flaccid penis and pull back between your legs under your butt.. You sit on it for a while.

I know warm up is so important.. But what about cooling down? Should I do some cold water cooling on my penis after finishing my program?

I read your link but I really didnt get it!. So after I did my session, I don’t have to take a cold shower or ice if my penis cooled down to my body temperature?

I’m getting my willy ready for the “training” with a hot bath.5minutes than do wet jelqs (300) then 10 uli’s#3.I’m getting dry and my penis getting cooler while I’m drying myself.. So I think it is enough? What do you think?

Ice/cold shower if you have really done too much. Otherwise let it cool to body temperature, under light stretch if you like. What you have said is OK.

I want to complete my routine with holds.. Had no luck with clamps..

So can somebody give me some advice about holds? How many, for how long should a hold take, have to do it with full erection.?

No mininimal span of time but less then 20 minutes max.
