Session cut short.

Session cut short.

If your JELQ session gets cut short, do you continue later? Like pick up where you left off, or start over? Or would you be done for the day.. I barely got over halfway before getting cut off. Just want to know if I should pick up later.

Well when That happens to me I just start over. Because I’d rather do more than I need to (not 2) than not enough.

But that’s just me. You have to use your best judgment on that sort of thing.

Okay, because that Is what I am thinking. I am planning to at least pick up where I left off, or maybe restart the count.

Go ahead and break your workout into two parts if you need to. I have been doing two a days for a couple of months and I feel I get a better workout being less fatigued. Just remember to do your warmups, and pay attention to your PI`s.You may want to consider a 2 on 1 off schedual with an intense program like this. I forgot to add, if you are a newbie and have not completed your first program, stay with what you have been doing, you can step it up later.

And the reason why it got cut short is because I accidentally blew a load, even though I took a pause (it happened during the pause, like a few seconds after my last JELQ, as I was trying to hold it), in case that should affect whether or not I should pick up later.

Because it is best to keep your penis warm and pliable during your workout, I will warm up as much as 3 times during my workout. I don`t know how old you are, but as Kingpole suggested, try lowering your erection level while you are jelqing this will make it feel less like masturbation. If you are a young guy and your shit gets hard if the wind blows on it, try nutting BEFORE your workout and see how that does for you. You will probably find it improves not only your jelq, but your stretching ability as well.

Do what works for you. Who knows? 2 smaller jelq sessions per day may be the hidden answer that we are all looking for:)

Might try nutting before. It didn’t even feel like masturbation, just felt like my other JELQ sessions, so I don’t know what happened. Thanks.

Oh, and does a warm shower count for warm-up? I just don’t want my family to be like “Wtf is he doing always warming stuff up.”
