SEX and GAINING

My girlfriend and I are sexually active. I was wondering whether having sex with her will hinder my gains through peing. I have read that masturbation effects gains, and was wondering whether sex would as well. I consider myself very small (5.5” NBPEL and 4.8” EG) and hope to someday be 7.5”EL x 6” EG. I’ve been peing for about a month and a half, and my penis looks a bit fatter. I havent measured yet though.

No man I dont think too many people here would say sex hinders your PE results…. I would say though if your having sex once a day, I would say and I doubt your are, but dont masterbate, just bust that one or two nuts with your partner. Then make sure that your routine is strong and consistent.
This is PE man, sex with your partner is the only way truely to know if your succeeding, so keep havin that sex and in the upcoming months listen for those positive indicators from your partner to confirm your getting bigger.

I actually think that sex helps.

The other day I had PE-ed during the morning and it was a really good session. That night I had sex twice and my dick was so freaking pumped up and sore because I got so excited during the sex and I think that it really helps. It was really sore and swollen and so I didn’t work it out the next day. So, I honestly think that it helps a bit. Erections are good period because it keeps blood pumping in there!

It’s always good to get fully erect after a PE session to make sure fresh blood is pushed into the newly expanded areas caused by PE and what better way is there than having sex and getting fully excited? Well, that’s my theory anyway. Also, could you really give up sex?

I think prolonged sexual activity (more than 1 hour with an erection) will help you grow. Short minute man sessions will hinder growth.
