Sex and PE benefits
Hey All, first time poster but long time reader.
I started the newbie routine two weeks ago and so far so good, no injuries (I started really easy) and I think I may have gotten some gains already (I won’t measure for at least another two weeks).
I searched the forums far and wide, but one thing is still somewhat unclear to me regarding sex & masturbation and it’s impact on PE.
I have read quite a few post that mention that having sex or masturbating on PE days may seriously hinder gains..
Is that a true statement?
My wife and I are normally like rabbits but since I started I worry that I am throwing away a lot of my PE efforts. I am not saying I am going to stop having sex but I want to understand the impact.
This actually came up because my wife has been on vacation for 5 days so I went really intense with my routine and I seem to have made more progress in those4 days then the previous week and a half; my problem, is it the more intense routine, the lack of sex or simply the fact that I’ve been doing my routine for two weeks..
Opinions?
